Terms of Service
By using Wingtourage (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Wingtourage lets you log wing sessions, attach photos, tag venues, and share content with a community discovery feed. Features may change over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete Account).
Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines in the app and not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, spammy, misleading, or otherwise harmful. Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape data at scale without permission, or impersonate others.
User content
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting public wing logs and photos, you grant Wingtourage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.
Moderation
We may review reports, hide content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other actions we reasonably believe are needed to protect users and the Service. Report and block tools are available in the app; contact hello@arnaldocapo.com for additional concerns.
Disclaimers
Venue information, ratings, and user reviews are opinions and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wingtourage and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions.
